Every year, 600 sailing boats arrive in Polynesia after crossing the Pacific. Furthermore, numerous events involving several dozen vessels stop over in the region, including the World ARC Rally, the Oyster World Rally, the Pacific Puddle Jump, and the Blue Water Rally.

Objectives:

- Coordination of hosting of these recreational sailors in partnership with public and private stakeholders: Papeete Council, Moorea Council, CODIM, Tahitian Sailing Federation, Air Tahiti Nui, etc.

- Events: festivities, traditional blessing of skippers;

- Information on the archipelago reached and briefing of crews on the next archipelago;

- Communication on the event.
